Privacy Policy

Trinity EduLab collects only the information needed to respond to pilot and adoption inquiries.

Information collected

We collect name, organization, role, email or phone, product and subject interests, message, and referral attribution.

The information is used for product guidance, pilot qualification, inquiry responses, and adoption planning.

Inquiry records are retained for 12 months after the inquiry and related discussions end, unless a longer period is required by law.

Vercel operates the web service and Supabase stores inquiry records. Access is limited to operators who need it.

We may analyze referral paths and button usage. Names, emails, phone numbers, and messages are never sent as analytics event properties.
