Privacy Policy
Trinity EduLab collects only the information needed for pilot and adoption inquiries and recruitment review.
Information collected
We collect name, organization, role, email or phone, product and subject interests, message, and referral attribution.
Application information
For recruitment, we collect name, email, optional phone, portfolio link, relevant experience, and application message. Do not submit sensitive identity information.
Purpose
The information is used for product guidance, pilot qualification, inquiry responses, and adoption planning.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for 12 months after the inquiry and related discussions end, unless a longer period is required by law.
Infrastructure
Vercel operates the web service and Supabase stores inquiry records. Access is limited to operators who need it.
Inquiry drafts
An unfinished enquiry is temporarily kept in this tab’s browser sessionStorage so you can read the policy or change language. It expires 30 minutes after your last edit and is cleared after successful submission or when you clear the draft. Consent is not saved and the draft is not sent to our server before submission. Recovery is unavailable when browser storage is blocked.
Analytics
We may analyze referral paths and button usage. Names, emails, phone numbers, and messages are never sent as analytics event properties.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information using the contact address below.
